Lot Survey and Boundary Resolution for 4814 and 4818 Lord Road, San Antonio, TX 78220

A residential survey was performed for 4818 Lord Road, as well as a boundary determination on the adjoining vacant lot at 4814 Lord Road.  A minor boundary dispute occurred between 4814 Lord Road and 307 Glenoak Dr. where LWS provided sufficient evidence to settle the boundary dispute.

Lot Survey of 208 N. Liberty Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130

A residential survey was performed for 208 N. Liberty Avenue in New Braunfels, TX.  The landowner purchased a historical lot and wanted to improve a detached garage.  In addition to establishing the boundary and performing a lot survey, LWS had to work with the City of New Braunfels to confirm building setbacks and building codes to follow historical preservation laws as well as subdivision codes.

Lot Survey of 310 and 324 E. Main Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130

A multifamily lot survey for purposes of title acquisition.  The boundary was established using a magnetometer, the multifamily residence was surveying utilizing a total station and required a multifamily plat for submittal.

Lot Survey and Topographic Survey of 9890 Marbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78245

A boundary survey and topographic survey of a lot for development purposes.  The boundary was established based on adjoining subdivision plats and existing deeds, as well as a magnetometer to locate the published monuments in the field.  The topographic survey was performed using a Trimble GPS.  The plat is currently being submitted to the City of San Antonio Planning Department for recordation purposes.

A boundary survey and topographic survey of a lot for development purposes.  The boundary was established based on adjoining subdivision plats and existing deeds, as well as a magnetometer to locate the published monuments in the field.  The topographic survey was performed using a Trimble GPS, as well as a level rod and measuring tape for all manholes affecting the property.
